RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you love the product as much as we do, and we want you to be happy. If you are not happy with your purchase, or the product within your first 30 days - we will give you a 100% refund. Please email us at info@flushie.com and we will do our best to make it right for you.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Simply send the product back to us (you must pay for shipping). Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
